What a day it was today... it was a day with wind and rain, so I needed something summery and sweet... it is after all spring!
So I baked a couple of fresh strawberry cupcakes with fresh strawberry frosting, with another recipe from Menno de Koning's book 'Bakken met Menno'
They were a lot of work.... but soooooooo delicious (yes I tasted one already, haha)

Ik heb nog zo'n pak liggen met dergelijke cupcakes, ik denk toch dat ik van de week maar es de ingrediënten ga halen, je hebt me geinspireerd!
