Storage idea for your markers....

Hiya everybody.... it's been a while hasn't it that's because I had a huge migraine attack, so huge that I needed to see a doctor =/

But I'm feeling better and I could finally start with my idea to create a storage unit for my Flexmarkers, Promarkers, Distress markers and my six Distress Inkpads.

It didn't have to be a large storage unit because I usually use Copics to color my stamp images.

So I started thinking what can I use and more important.... it should cost too much !

After looking around in my room I saw this cheap DVD storage unit I bought a long, long time ago at Xenos I believe....

On the first two rows are the Flexmarkers and to make it easier I made a color chart to see which color is which,

with the numbers on the top row and right underneath the name of the color with the actual color.

Next up are the Promarkers......

The Distress Inkpads....

And last but not least.... the Distress markers,

they are actually in the clear cases !

First I thought of using DVD cases but that's not working

because a DVD case has a inner layer to hold a DVD disk.....

so that wasn't a option.

But after surfing the internet I found these clear cases which are used to store stamps.

The Distress markers fit perfectly and they are not expensive ; )

The other clear cases don't have anything in them yet,

but I'm sure I will find something to put in them in the future ; )

So what do you guys think.... is it a good idea and how do you store your markers !?

Tilda is getting married.....

Hello my dear followers..... today I want to show you this creation I made, because Tilda is getting married today ; )

She's arriving in a white carriage for that dreamy princess wedding....

I got inspired when I was digging through old issues of Magnolia Ink magazines and saw the beautiful carriage Debbie made.

And as most of you know I can fall in love with creations that other people make,

so I contacted Debbie and asked her if she had a template for me.... she send me a website address where you can buy the template, bought the template and started working right away !

So thanks again hun for helping me out, as always... hihi ; )

Tilda is wearing a broken white wedding dress and her little sister is her brides maid...

She's also wearing her mothers pearls, because you need something old, something new,

something borrowed and something blue ; )

I'm entering this creation at this weeks TOMIC challenge

Don Diamont singing his little heart out.....

My favorite soap (B&B) actor Don Diamont is singing his little heart out and dancing (well if you can call that dancing, haha) to "Sexbomb" from Tom Jones.... GO DON, GO DON rock that song baby... you little sexbomb you, whahahahaha..... LMAO ! ;P

Magnolia Tilda and Wiola.....

Hello hello my dear blog friends.... today I want to show you a "painting" I used the Magnolia Tilda with Wiola stamp from the new Summer Memories collection.

I'm loving the stamp so much because in a way it reminds me of my grandma.....

I got the idea from Jane and asked her for permission first of course... I totally fell in love with the colors she used, it's so me haha ; )

I made the silk pink fabric rose myself...

and the ornament with the eiffel tower as well.

The painting says "Let's have some tea" because it looks like Tilda

is seeing a friend across the road, while she's shopping... in Paris ; )

Magnolia Swedish Tilda....

I felt like coloring in one of the new Magnolia stamps from the "Summer Memories" so this time I've chosen the Swedish Tilda.... she's so cute, isn't she !?

But what does the traditional Swedish clothes actually look like ?

Do I know someone from Sweden ?

Ohhhh of course I do..... Lillemor Magnolias DT member,

she's from Sweden = )

So I send her an email and asked her what it looks like...

help was on the way !

A few minutes later I received a message from Lillemor,

who send me this picture.....

..... the royal family in traditional Swedish clothes.

Ohhh of course yellow & blue.... duhhh Corianne,

Ikea is Swedish, haha ; )

Thank you Lillemor for your help.... all I need is an idea for this Tilda, hmmm I have no idea yet

I tried to make them look like the Swedish flag, haha...
